Greetings all. I have the pleasure to report the replacement seat for the B/BX is worth the wait.
Does anyone know if there are armrests that are made for these seats.
My dealer was truly helpful (Midstate in Midddletown CT) . They also mentioned that a midwest dealer ordered 3000 of the seats. They had ordered 15. It seemed a little skewed to me.
My dealer also mentioned that they have had folks bend the base of their current seat up to make it "gravity defying".
Cheers,
RD

It could be the number ordered by the other dealer was due to a typing mistake. But you would think they would verify such an number before shipping. Excuse me, did I say "think'? kt ....

KThompson,
I know of a few Kubota dealers who sell parts nationwide, via the internet. It's not unheard of for such a company to order thousands of items at one time.... usually for the price breaks that come with large quantity orders.
Coleman Equipment, in Kansas, is just one company that sells Kubota parts nationwide. I do business with them when ordering filters, oil, etc.......and I may inquire about this new seat, as well.
Talk to Mary in the parts department. She's very helpful...always!
